It’s hard to believe I’ve been running Alpha Vitality for 10 years… and living in this incredible community for over 4.5 of those! Yet somehow, I’ve never properly introduced myself by sharing a photo of my face! So, here I am. 👋

I’m a qualified Reflexologist, Reiki teacher and practitioner, passionate about helping people reconnect with their own body’s wisdom. My work is about rest, realignment, and relief. It’s about supporting people through the seasons of life… from burnout to big life changes, chronic stress to quiet reconnection.

Whether you’ve got a favourite oil that helps you ground, ease a headache, settle the nerves, or simply makes you feel good — feel free to bring it along. I’ll integrate it gently into your treatment space so you can receive all the benefits of scent, touch, and intention together.

I don’t offer oils as part of my treatments (yet!) because I believe in honouring each person’s preferences and sensitivities — but your own oils are always welcome.
