Hello to all the wonderful patients of First Ave health Hub that I have had the privilege of connecting with. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for making me feel so valued and it's with a mix of sadness and hope that I bid you farewell. The exceptional Kathleen will be stepping in for me so I encourage you all to extend the same warmth and kindness to her that you have shown me.
