We’ve heard some rumours circulating that Momentum is shutting down — and we want to reassure everyone that this is absolutely not true.

Momentum is open and operating five days a week, and if anything, we’re getting even bigger across the Western Downs! 💛

We’re excited to welcome two fabulous new Wellbeing Coaches, Tamika and Kaylie, who are based in Chinchilla with outreach to Miles, Tara, Dalby and Kingaroy - expanding our reach and strengthening support across the region.

Hi all,
I know it seems like I've only just been on holidays, because... well... I have. But as many of you already know, Geoff and I have recently celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and as a gift to ourselves, we are heading to New Zealand tomorrow. I will be away for 10 days, returning to work on Monday 27th October.
I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but am looking forward to sharing stories of my adventure with you all ✈️
