Moving in all planes of motion ~ strengthening my joints & co-ordination.
Breaking up those habitual patterns of daily movement.
Being a cesarean mumma x3 + not having my fascia reattached on the L has left me with fascial torsions & asymmetry throughout my body.
I have to work hard for my core strength & to keep my body in alignment but that won't stop me from trying
I've always enjoyed my own company
Even more so now working closely with people on the daily + being a mother
Means working out in my own backyard in the fresh breeze is bliss
