Our vessel is made up of around 75% of water.
Scientifically we know that water holds memory.
If you speak certain words into water it changes it form.
This is how we know our words create our reality.
Our cells form a deeper knowing when we speak kindly to them.
We are our words, and we are what we consume.

What is KALI YUGA? 🌎

Kali Yuga is an age of darkness and decline in Hindu tradition.

It is a period when people are disconnected from their true selves and the divine.
The mind is clouded by fear, doubt, and material distractions, making it harder to access inner wisdom and higher consciousness.

✨Many believe that the Kali Yuga (or the end of the earth the way it is) will conclude TODAY!✨

♥️ Do you hold your belly button when hearing an ambulance or have you heard of this theory before?

For me I’ve always been a belly button holder for as long as I can remember, yet I don’t even recall who shared it with me.

This morning I was gifted an incredible experience where I was able to feel into a motorbike rider as he drove past me on the motorway and I knew to hold space for him.
Within moments the traffic stopped and i drove past him laying in the middle of the road. I continued to hold space until he was no longer on my radar.
(The second time in a matter of a few months I had tuned into a driver who was about to crash)

It’s not exactly the ambulance theory, but very relevant as I had only just discussed my ambulance practice this morning about an hour before the accident with my gorgeous partner.

I want to take this oppurtunity to share more about how it works and why I do it.

As the belly button is the physical and energetic centre of our bodies, it is associated with the sacral and solar plexus chakras.
These chakras store emotions, personal power, and life force energy (along with so much more!)

Our navels are considered the first connection to life itself, our direct link to nourishment in the womb and to our nurturing mothers.
By holding it in moments of crisis or distress it symbolises grounding, centering, protecting and holding energy for ourselves and others who are in need.

You can absolutely agree that when an ambulance rushes past you with full sirens and lights blazing, it carries with it an intense vibration, an energy of urgency, and you feel the whole crisis moment!

In a wrap up..
The intention behind why I hold my belly button when I hear an ambulance, is to hold space for the soul in need until I can no longer hear that siren.
I then know the next space holder will take over and will continue until we collectively get them safely.

Ao please next time you hear an ambulance please send love or better yet hold your belly button.
