Lying on the floor and bed both knees.

Cross one leg over the other leg so your foot is on the opposite knee.

Bring both knees towards your chest while holding onto the uncrossed leg until you feel a stretch.

Hold for 30secs x 3

Groin strains usually happen when there is a sudden movement and you feel pain on the inner side of your thigh.

This can be from playing certain sports.

Pain, tightness and sometimes bruising can occur.
