Heart chakra blend.
This blend contains frankincense, Rose, and Bergamot,
which can help you connect with the heart chakra,
called anahata.
This chakra is located in the center of the chest and is
related to love and self-love.

Why should you use it?

If you feel lonely, anti-social, lack empathy, have poor
boundaries, or are overactive codependent, this blend
can help.

How should you use it?

Take a moment to relax during the day, in the morning
or at night. Put some drops with a carrier oil on your
chest and massage the chakra point. Take a few deep
breaths and visualize a gold light filling your chest,
bringing you love energy. When you finish, take a
moment to write down five things you are grateful for.

The Solar plexus chakra blend :

This blend contains Juniper berry, grapefruit, and
