Today we say goodbye (for now!) to Penny as she finishes up her final shift with us 💙

Penny has been an incredible part of our team – bringing warmth, care, and a genuine commitment to every patient interaction. Her positivity and dedication have made a lasting impact on both our team and the community.

While we’re sad to see her go, we’re so proud of everything she’s achieved and excited for what’s ahead. We have no doubt she’ll continue to do amazing things.

Tonight we spent a really special evening together as a team, celebrating Penny and the incredible 14 years she has given to Chisholm and our community.

Penny has been such a big part of so many lives — not just as a colleague, but as a friend, and in the care she has provided to our patients over the years. It’s hard to imagine the pharmacy without her, and we’re going to miss her more than words can say.

While it’s a tough goodbye for us, we’re so genuinely excited for her as she begins her next chapter interstate.

If you’d like to see Penny before she goes, there’s still time to pop in and say goodbye before she finishes on Friday afternoon 💙

We have now received our government funded stock for those who are over 65 years of age and have all our flu vaccines available, including our National Immunisation stock. 💉 🦠

The vaccine is government funded and there is no charge for those over 65 years, pregnant women, individuals with specific chronic illnesses and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Consider vaccination today to give yourself the best protection as we head into the cooler months.

You may notice some familiar faces out of uniform today — our team is proudly wearing red in support of RED FEB, raising awareness of heart disease, the leading cause of death in Australia.

At Capital Chemist Chisholm, we’re committed to supporting the long-term health and wellbeing of our community. As part of our RED FEB initiative, we’re offering FREE blood pressure checks until 22 February.
