Hey guys! I’m sure most people have heard, the TGA had really come down hard on cosmetic nurses. Please have a read of the following rules they have put into place!
• Injectors must NOT use the terms
“dermal filler”, “injections”,
“injectables”, “anti-wrinkle injections” in any marketing material or signage - including business/company names.
• Removal of before & after images with use of pharmaceutical products - any existing images must be archived or deleted, including on any physical promotional material (i.e brochures, signage displays, etc).
• Price lists must be removed from website and other marketing material such as paper/digital clinic brochures (in which refer to cosmetic injectable services)
• Social media hashtags must not include the terms listed above
• Promotion of services must only elucidate to consultations offered,

I understand this is annoying and makes it difficult to communicate but please feel free to DM in regard to any questions or prices you may have

The TGA has introduced an extensive list of rules that cosmetic nurses must adhere to. Words like “anti-wrinkle”, “dermal filler”, “lip filler” cannot be used . Posting before and afters will be difficult but hopefully we can find some terminology that is acceptable. Will I bruise? Something I get asked almost everyday.
While I will try my best to not bruise you, as you can see the face is full of vessels and everyone’s anatomy is different .
Things that may help with bruising include;
- limiting alcohol consumption before and after appointments
- arnica cream
- the use of LED lights (Complimentary with all of my treatments)
