Why am I so passionate about Yoga, Pilates, and all things Wellness? Alongside this, I’m also a Medical Scientist, two worlds that have always felt beautifully connected to me.

Each week I dive into New Scientist, and I recently came across a fantastic evidence based article I couldn’t wait to share. The study showed that yoga is more effective in improving sleep quality than any other form of exercise tested.

I love blending science with practice because facts speak for themselves.
