It has come that time where I say goodbye, goodbye to my business anyway. After my business being on life support the last 18 months with my health issues it’s become apparent that I will no longer be able to keep it running. I send this out heavy, heartedly with some disappointment and sadness, but I have to do what’s right for my health. Thank you to everyone over the last eight years who have supported me who helped my business grow, and thankyou to those who left me amazing reviews. Thank you for letting me heal you and helping you in your daily life. It’s been a pleasure.
I am still hoping to be able to massage people more as a hobby when my health will allow me to, so if you are in dire need, please reach out and I will let you know where I’m at in my life.

Taking even a few minutes a day to just stop can be very grounding a mini reset if you will. Take a moment where ever you are in the toilet, stuck in traffic, eating lunch and just stop, start to listen to your breath, concentrate on breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth, think about slowing your heart rate while adding in a few neck stretches. It’s quick and simple to do on the go or just about anywhere.
Just a handy tip of what works for me, maybe you will like it to.

Good morning to all, I would like to take this time to tell you unfortunately I’m not going to be able to take on any more new clients as my health has become a problem for me and will be ongoing. To anyone that is currently a client please be aware that I only do a total of four massages a week. Please make sure that you have your massage booked in advance so you don’t miss out , this number is likely to decrease in the near future I just have to work with my health.
I would like to take this moment to thank and appreciate everyone that I have massaged. Thank you it has been a privilege and a honour to massage you and help care for your body and mental health. I love being a massage therapist it’s been a wonderful fulfilling journey. My only regret is, I didn’t do it earlier!
