All of the hallet cove boardwalk sounds HAHA!!! 😆.... it's the squeaky bridge for me 😅🤣🤭

Buuuut felt freakin good running 90% of it today!!

Almost got to the road at Marino before I had to turn around but did it in 70mins which I was stoked with 😃👌

Had a rest day yesterday after some remedial massage and dry needling (in the caaaalves - ouchhhhhh iykyk) ....so I could push harder today! 🤩👊

Don't forget to schedule your rest and recovery! .....Soooo important (as hard as it is some days)! 😊🤗

Don't become obsessed with the scale number - be obsessed with becoming the best version of yourself and how you FEEL in your body!!! 🤩🤩

My hot tips if you're struggling:

✅️Eat to nourish your body.
✅️Strengthen your body 3x week plus.
✅️Listen to your body.
✅️Move your body daily with walks/cardio.
✅️Address stress factors in your life.
✅️Calm your mind with yoga/meditation/nlp.
