Each moment of our life gifts us with a grand invitation to explore the freedom of choice, even if at the time we don't feel we have one, or are afraid to take a leap of trust and faith.

Throughout our life people will flow in and out over the passage of time. These connections may encompass family, intimate relationships, friendships, work colleagues, or people who hold similar values to us.

Sometimes they stay for a while, sometimes a lifetime.

However they are forged, a question to ask is: “Am I hitching my wagon to someone else’s horse?”

By that I mean, are you expressing your truth with your connections?

OR

Are you following along someone else’s path? Responding and interacting with people from a place of need, perhaps to feel safe, love, validation. All the while a quiet, underlying feeling whispers “You’re not being your most authentic self”.

Are there things you don’t feel confident to say for fear of being judged or misunderstood?

Are there actions you’re taking that feel somehow “wrong” to you?

Are there moments of unease? When you know you’re not being honest with yourself.

Are there times when your inner voice says “this isn’t who I am, this isn’t what I want”?

Well, you are not alone. Personally, I’ve hitched my wagon to many horses that weren’t mine and each time the same outcome arose … It just didn’t work.

Generally we do this in the hope of “fitting in” or being accepted, but we end up on a trail that isn’t ours.

Then I encourage you to look at how you’ve set up your “happiness barometer”.

If you’re pinning your happiness on external experiences, interactions or physical items, you could be missing the point.

The truth of it is this: you will never find true, life changing happiness if it’s based on anything external to you, anything physical, or any action you think you need to take for validation on any level.

True happiness is seeded within and emanates from the CORE OF YOU: Your inner world; your self; your heart; the REAL YOU and it isn’t guided by or in response to anything in your external, be it positive or not so.

Meet Banjo everyone ❤️

He is a stunning 17 year old boy who had a lot on his plate prior to my arrival.

Since moving to the property I’ve been working on him each week and he LOVES it, to the point that he starts to fall asleep in my arms (especially when I’m working on his rear!) … it’s quite the workout for me 😂

Working on Banjo energetically while communicating telepathically has bought about a profound change within him … he’s like a c**t again! Running the fields, playing and enjoying life.

Right now we are being invited to ponder the aspects of our life that feel off kilter.

To coin a great Aussie phrase “What’s got your goat?” which is a strange quote indeed as we have more sheep stock in this beautiful country than goats 🐐. However, the quote means “what’s troubling you my friend?”

Your stolen goat could present as a small ni**le or it may be a full blown ongoing sh*tshow you’ve been dealing with, complete with theatrical eye rolling at the fact it’s still happening.

I encourage everyone to take a peek, sit with and feel the feels into whats troubling you most right now. It could be one thing, it could be many. And that’s OK.

A massive clearing is occurring, meaning we have the opportunity to collect our goats 🐐 back, one by one.

How many times have you suppressed your inner yearnings or dreams for fear of being judged or making a "wrong" decision?

How often have you succumbed to the status quo, the tried and tested, at the expense of your own authenticity?

The idea of taking a leap of faith can feel like deliberately walking into a flock of seagulls with an open bag of hot chips. Reckless and bound to fail…if you want to enjoy your chips in peace 😉.

But what if just for a moment, you played with the feelings of what your leap of faith might look like? Feel into the fullness of it, beyond your fears. How might your life look if you began to trust your inner self and take action (however small) on long held, untapped yearnings?
