Hi I'm Haylie! I'm a remedial massage therapist that works with women to improve their health and wellbeing.

Remedial and relaxation massage for women to improve their health and wellbeing and ultimately find the value in caring for themselves like they care for others. I encourage women to see the value in looking after their health and wellbeing as they care for their families and friends. I provide a nurturing space for women to rest and be cared for. I've been a massage therapist since I was 17 so the passion runs deep, but since having my own children I'm more passionate than ever in supporting women. I work with women during all phases of their lives and also have higher training for pregnancy massage. Adding regular massage sessions into a wellness routine can lead to significant improvements in both physical and mental health, helping you to achieve whatever goals you have for your health. Whether it be pain reduction, more mobility, less headaches or calming down your nervous system and being more loving towards yourself, massage is there to help you along the way.

I suggest monthly maintenance for most of my clients but sometimes we need to have a few close together to get a problem area under control.

I'm back in the studio today and sneaking a peak into my calendar for 2025 🤩🤩

I've decided to make some changes to my availability for Term 1!
- Saturdays will be reduced due to tennis and nice weather
- Tuesday evenings will open up from 4.30 to 7

I'm really looking forward to seeing those clients that can't away from work during the day. If you're still needing a Saturday appointment, send me a message and I'll pop you on a waitlist for when a space frees up.
