My Story

After completing qualifications in natural therapies at a young age, and then completing a Bachelor of Social Science in 2015, I was left wanting to be able to combine my passion of natural health and alternative therapies with my interest and knowledge of human behaviour and beliefs, and their social, emotional, and physical needs.

I discovered Reiki during a very personal journey of my own, and found the more I practiced and studied this beautiful healing modality; my health, attitudes, personal outlooks, and overall wellbeing and mindset improved.

Massage is my second passion, and I love being able to nurture clients, family and friends through touch and therapeutic massage. Both massage and Reiki offer numerous health advantages and offer a natural solution to stress reduction and overall wellness.
