I'm Dr Kate, Osteopath, Movement Consultant, menopausal woman & breast cancer survivor.

I've designed a program to assist peri-menopausal and menopausal women to be the best they can be moving forward through menopause and life in general so that they can live an active, happy life doing all the things they love to do for as long as possible.

It is about keeping you strong and giving you foundational skills of understanding how to move well, whilst not having to spend a lot of time or money.
