Hydrotherapy 💧

Our hydrotherapy classes are run in small groups in a pool heated at 34 or 37 degrees which allows for:

Greater range of movement
Pain relief
Swelling reduction
Relaxation
Stability building
Strengthening

Many conditions benefit greatly from water exercises. Common conditions we love to treat during hydrotherapy include:

Tennis elbow or golfers elbow

Make a Belly Gutter splint with physiotherapist Matthew Lu from our Ivanhoe clinic! 👀

This splint is used to treat chronic stiffness, especially in the middle finger joint. It is mainly worn overnight so the finger can stretch and mobility is improved over time. 😊
