What are these rice, pasta and paper buckets are for? 🍝

We use different textures to help with altered sensation and fine motor difficulties, especially when an area feels numb or overly sensitive.

These materials provide sensory input to help “retrain” the brain and improve how the hand feels and functions 🖐

We can also add small objects into the buckets to work on grip, coordination and fine motor skills, helping make everyday tasks easier again.

All part of a tailored approach to get your hands back to feeling and functioning at their best 🤗

Wrist pain on the outer side? It could be a TFCC injury 👀

These injuries are more common than people think - and often not managed properly early on, which can lead to ongoing pain and limitations in everyday activities.

The TFCC plays a key role in stabilising your wrist, especially during gripping, rotation and weightbearing movements.

The good news? With the right approach, including rest, protection and targeted rehab - recovery is absolutely achievable.

If you’ve been dealing with wrist pain or think this might sound familiar, it’s important to address it early.
