I haven't made it in a while but Marry Me Chicken Risotto made in the is honestly one of my fav!

There is no way I could make risotto without my thermomix and this recipe is superior in flavour to mushroom risotto (second is pumpkin bacon risotto which is also gooood).

It's on rotation a little bit more in the cooler months but pairs really well when you don't feel like cooking things in the oven or being in the kitchen stirring.

Plus just came out with a marry me herb mix you could speed up a teeny bit more but it's actually pretty quick! It's gluten and can be made dairy free and goes well with a rocket salad 👌

I've had a few of you ask how I would support a newborn or baby and this is it!

Custom Compatibility Program and Report - Baby

It is suitable for breastfeeding and non-breastfeeding babies and children and this program looks at what items work well within your body and your child’s body (if you choose to test both - it’s best if you are breastfeeding) and is specific to your body’s needs. My Faves This Month!

I love sharing products that I genuinely use and adore so here are three retail ranges I’m loving right now:

In my, can't function without a morning coffee after breakfast era 😴🥴😆

Least it's a fab coffee from & my blood sugar levels are a bit more balanced because I had already eaten fresh eggs for breakfast so no crash out for me.

Feeling extra tired lately? It might not just be pregnancy catching up with you, your iron levels could be low too 🤰 😴

During pregnancy, your body needs double the iron to help make blood for both you and your baby. Low iron levels can leave you feeling dizzy, breathless, or completely wiped out (no matter how much you rest).

🩸 Tips to boost iron naturally:
• Pair iron-rich foods (like red meat, spinach, lentils & eggs) with vitamin C foods (like oranges or capsicum).

• Avoid tea or coffee right before or after meals — they can block iron absorption.

• Ask your midwife or GP about a blood test if you’re feeling run down — or if you’d like to work with me, I can order this privately too.
