Stay Strong, Strength & Rehab, and Men’s Circuit all run in our gym space and focus on strength, function, balance, and rehab whether you’re rebuilding, maintaining, or training for life.
Strength & Rehab
A progressive gym-based class designed for rehab, rebuilding strength, and long-term maintenance. Perfect if you’re returning from injury or want guided strength training with a physio lens.
Stay Strong
A strength and balance class focused on staying independent, confident, and resilience as you age. Ideal for improving stability, bone health, and everyday strength.
Men’s Circuit
A no-nonsense strength circuit tailored for men, focusing on functional strength, conditioning, and injury prevention. Train hard, move well, and stay accountable.
