Our classes now run across two dedicated spaces - here is the current timetable for our studio.
Our studio classes are held in our reformer studio and focus on guided movement, rehab, and here is where we take our pregnancy/postnatal classes. These classes are smaller, more targeted, and led by physiotherapists with specialised training.
Reformer Pilates
Traditional Reformer Pilates. A full-body reformer class to build strength, control, and mobility. Ideal for improving posture, core strength, and overall movement quality.
Reformer Rehab
A small-group, physio-led reformer class tailored for injury rehab and movement retraining. Perfect if you need a more clinical, personalised approach.
Beyond Birth
A postnatal rehab class supporting your return to strength after pregnancy. Focused on pelvic floor, core, and whole-body strength to help you feel confident back in your body.

Bump to Birth
A pregnancy-specific strength and pelvic floor program designed to support you through pregnancy and prepare your body for birth. Safe, evidence-based, and guided by a women’s health physio.
