I received a lovely notepad at a conference I attended Thursday and Friday and on each page there is a thought for the day. This was the first page of the notepad. I couldn't not create a post about this one!! What an amazing quote and very timely for the beginning of the year when all things are new, we are cleansing from last year and commencing new adventures which often can seem overwhelming. I hope it helps you all and inspires you to keep going. 🦋

When I trained for and then walked the Mount Kosciusko trail I took the below photo. It always reminds me of the great things we can achieve personally. There were so many times during the training and walk that I thought to myself 'BOY THIS IS HARD". All I had to do was keep moving forward and soon things changed. So keep moving forward, even tiny steps and you can all achieve or over come any obstacles you feel you have in your life.
