Do you suffer from the Winter Blues? Here are a few things you can do to help ease those feelings through the cold winter months.
🕺🏽Keep your body active! Try a new workout routine or take a yoga class. If you want to stay home, there are endless fitness resources available online.
🪴Bring nature indoors. If it's too cold to go outside, bring nature into your home. Embrace your home space, make it cozy and colourful.
🌞 Soak up that sun. Make the most of those little pockets of sunshine, even if you're sitting by a window. Your body needs Vitamin D!
🧠 Keep your mind occupied. Plan for spring. Renovate. Redecorate. Start a new hobby.
🧘🏼♀️ If you simply feel unmotivated in your spare time, and that is getting you down: Don't forget that winter is a time of hibernation in the natural world; a world that we are part of. Take this time to reconnect with yourself. Give yourself permission to stay at home, keep cozy, drink delicious hot drinks, watch movies, read books and connect with friends and family.
