Keloid scar revision with flap repair - follow up photos. Keloid scars are difficult to treat. When they are large like this the first step is surgery followed by medical therapy. This patient is now 4 months post surgery post scar revision.

What do the scars look like in open ?
This lady is just 10 days post open rhinoplasty- she has taken great care of her wound - you can just see a faint incision line. Expertly done, open rhinoplasty scars are practically not visible.
