Really enjoyed co-facilitating with Reinette and Kelly at our 'Held by Earth' workshop last month as part of The Healing Hub. We are pleased to share we will be facilitating the workshop again early next year. We love this workshop and look forward to doing it again.

I will be kicking off the new year with a solo workshop 'Befriending Your Nervous System'. This is a real passion project of mine. It's all about bringing conscious awareness to the unconscious patterns and programs of our autonomic nervous system that are keeping us stuck in protective survival responses, limiting our potential and impacting our relationship with self, others, and life itself. It's time to set yourself free 💗✨
