It’s been a while since my last post … Hello and welcome back to my page!

I’ve been very drawn to this quote lately as I have felt the truth of it over the last couple of years, even more so than in the past. It’s a lovely reminder to let go, enjoy the ride and make way for the possibilities of the future.

I hope you enjoy it as well.

Over the past months we’ve really settled in to life at the beautiful Sunshine Coast, we had a much needed holiday and started making plans for the future.

The closure of Ubuntu Medical is a significant change. I’ve taken this opportunity to consolidate the move from Brisbane, and I will conduct all future in person sessions at Maroochydore. I will of course continue to work with people via Zoom.

I appreciate that my availability has been tight during this time of adjustment, but I’m happy to say that I’m now back on deck and look forward to helping you.

The sun sets over my new view of Chiang Mai. ☺️ I'm reflecting on the past two weeks - an amazing time, with a beautiful group of people from around the world 💛🙏💛
Workshops are now over for me and so the real work begins ....
Lucky enough to have another week here now with Andrew to explore this lovely city. ☺️

My view for the next couple of weeks. We got some practice in, before the Chi Kung workshop begins tomorrow. We were at the beautiful Teak Garden, Chiang Mai University. Such a special experience ☺️
