We are open today for physiotherapy, but we are closed over the Easter long weekend.

Our Clinic will REOPEN for all Pilates Classes and Physiotherapy and Massage treatments from Tuesday 6th April 7am.

Reminder that masks are still required for 2 weeks and social distancing will be maintained in the clinic and classes.

Lockdown Update:
As an essential service we will continue to see individual patients at our clinic during the 3 day lock down period. All patients and staff will be required to wear masks at all times.

Unfortunately, all Pilates CLASSES will be CANCELLED from 5pm this evening and will not recommence until after the Easter break on Tuesday 6th April. Thank you for your understanding.
