🧘♂️ ONE whole week of prioritising daily meditations! 😌
Barriers
- Remembering 🤦♀️. Love the app for that
- Thinking I don’t have 5 minutes (I do 😜)
- Children 😂
- It’s hard. The brain isn’t easy to train 🧠
Supportive Factors
- Fellow friend who is doing the same
- Husband who takes the kids
- Beautiful places to do meditations
- The lovely feeling I get from doing them 🥰
