David was nominated for Being reliable and consistent with a high level of personalised care to his clients.

David puts in effort to make his community access shifts fun and enjoyable for his clients. For example, David takes his high needs clients into the pool, which is hard to do but the clients enjoy it, so David does it.

David has won a voucher for all of his hard work and dedication to our clients.

Congratulations to our Employee of the month for February, SHAYAL from our Brendale office.

Shayal was nominated for being super flexible, extremely hardworking and diligent and having great communication with our clients.

Shayal said " I have been working alongside CNHC staff for almost 12 months and love every minute of it. It has been challenging and rewarding.

I have met a wide range of individuals, both participants and other support workers and I feel very supported by my team and the office.

I have made friends through my work and on top of that I have just graduated with a Diploma in Community Services to add to my list of certificates.

Now to finalise my VISA!

Thank you to everyone in the Brendale office for everything thru have done sad everything they continue to do"
