In our latest video, we’re diving into the "Blue Sky, Blue Mind" exercise. This simple yet powerful visual technique helps you realize that your consciousness is vast and permanent, while your thoughts are just clouds passing through.

How to Practice:
Find Your Spot: Head to a quiet outdoor space on a clear day.

Anchor Your Vision: Focus on a specific point of deep blue in the sky.

Observe, Don't Follow: When a thought (a "cloud") enters your view, acknowledge it without letting your gaze drift.

Become the Blue: Remember that even when it’s cloudy, the sky behind them is always blue.

Take 10 minutes today to sit with the "blue" and find your center. The clouds are temporary; your peace doesn't have to be.
