Hi there, I moved to Cleveland by the bay in 2015 with my husband and 3 children. During our move, I injured my lower back and this strictly inhibited my ability to move on a daily basis. I got professional help and was advised to try Pilates to strengthen my lower back. that was the day I discovered Pilates and I have never looked back since... from the first day, I was in love! ited me in so many ways, my back pain has gone away after just 4 weeks, I have much-improved flexibility but most importantly, Pilates has given me a much better-rounded lifestyle. Here are a few meal ideas this week to gently support your body through menopause👇🏻 Simple, nourishing, and easy to follow!

🥗 Breakfast: Greek yoghurt with berries, chia seeds, and a drizzle of honey

🥗 Lunch: Grilled chicken or chickpea salad with leafy greens, avocado, olive oil, and pumpkin seeds

🥗 Dinner: Baked salmon with roasted vegetables (broccoli, carrots, zucchini) and quinoa

🥗 Snack: Apple slices with almond butter or a handful of nuts

🥗 Swap your coffee for a calming herbal tea in the afternoon

🥗 Add leafy greens or vegetables to at least two meals each day
