What an absolutely energising and heart-warming morning at STAR! It was a joy to welcome “Here’s to Life Redlands Inc.” – an award-winning not-for-profit Health and Wellbeing organisation here in Cleveland.
A big thank you to Deborah and Jean – your passion and positivity were truly inspiring, and it was so lovely to meet you both!
We learned about the incredible programs on offer – from dancing, tapping, and drumming to simply having fun, meeting new friends, and boosting self-confidence. 🌟

A big thank you to Jane Anderson for her insightful presentation on “Practical and Affordable Marketing for Your Organisation in the New World” at Australian Community Transport Association - ACTA 2025 National Conference.
Your session was not only inspiring but also reinforced the importance of genuine storytelling in sharing the impact of the CommunityTransport sector.
At STAR, we believe our stories are best told through the voices of those who give so generously of their time and heart — our volunteers. We are forever grateful to them for choosing to walk through our doors and, through their acts of kindness, changing the lives of vulnerable people in our community.

STAR's Brunch with Friends group were delighted to join Sing, Sing, Sing—a program that connects people living with dementia through the joy of song. The group meets on Monday mornings at the Redlands Performing Arts Centre, where our attendees were warmly welcomed. Each person received song sheets, sang along with the group, enjoyed a break with refreshments and a light bite, and then got back together for more uplifting music.
STAR's Brunch with Friends group made some new friends and had a wonderful sing-along.
