Empowering Youth to Thrive with Heart Centred Breathwork

what our attendees have to say

🌸 Melanie Eyles
BREATHWORK is incredible — love everything about it, honestly transformed my life and my clients. I joined as a parent and mentor working with disabilities, and I work with many young adults aged 18–20 who are carers just starting their careers. I would love to know how to help our youth to heart space. Helping our youth regulate, teaching them how to move through emotional dysregulation effectively and resourcefully, and helping manage stress and mental health are so important to me. I use Breathwork with my 19-year-old autistic daughter. Absolutely incredible — love this so much. Sorry guys, got to coach — much love. Will catch the replay. So much love, Nicholas, Susan, and family.

I’m a parent, teacher, education consultant, and principal. I really want to present high schools with a Breathwork program to support young people, so I’d love to go away with data, information, and ideas to structure a program. For some kids it’s patterns of neglect, general instability, and youth are faced with a lot of challenges, but there are ways we can support and resource them to be emotionally regulated. It’s really powerful to have someone who isn’t a parent have faith in you. Fantastic — you are amazing Nicholas. Thanks Alex for sharing with us ❤️. That’s amazing, Alex. It’s so refreshing to see a loving, healthy father-son relationship. Thanks, Alex — a fine young man ❤️.

I volunteer for a registered charity helping Youth Mental Health Crisis and Crime Prevention. Helping kids to breathe and understand their own strength, empowerment, and connection with spirit is what I love. I see social media addiction, flirting to lead a person on, misunderstanding signals, lack of confidence and self-esteem as major issues. Most kids who are angry and feel unheard act out and look for something to do that will get them in trouble for attention. Can see how proud you are, Nicholas. Calm. I’ve loved tonight — thank you so much. Please email through the promotion for the next course for me to consider.

To feel safe and connected through Breathwork techniques is so important. Many young people aren’t feeling safe and connected, and are being shamed, or caught in eating disorders and sporting addictions. Charlie and Alex went there — so grateful!! Tears formed in my eyes. Thanks, Alex, for sharing — you were so beautifully vulnerable too!! ❤️🙏

I’m a parent, coach, support worker, healer, and disability worker. I’d like to help youth be more present with their feelings and more accepting of themselves, finding further ways of connecting with the youth to bring balance and self-acceptance. Excellent book and resource. Thank you — much appreciated. Thank you, Nicholas and Susan — loved the presentation. Sorry, Nicholas, must go — love the presentation, thank you for this evening, and looking forward to being present with you again soon. Much love.

I’m a parent and also a graduate of the Core Clearing Breathwork. I came for a deeper understanding of how our kids feel. I see challenges around not being part of the “cool” online activities. Presence and peace. Sorry, Nicholas, I have to jump off — my youngest is fighting bedtime 😬.

🌟 Louise Wigg
I’m a parent and workshop facilitator. I see the importance of presence and of building self-worth and confidence in our youth. When young people are together, many still communicate with each other through their phones. Fantastic — you are amazing, Nicholas. Thank you SO much — I do have to go, but I’ll be in touch. Much love 🥰.

I’m a healer and mentor seeking a deeper knowledge around helping teens with anxiety. Over the past 10 years I have helped many teens overcome anxiety and depression. Children and teens are very emotional and spiritual — the world they live in is not accommodating to that. Hi Nicholas, thank you for this wonderful session. Please let me know where I can watch the rest of this session. Thank you x.

I’m a parent and carer. Environmental factors have a huge impact, and many young people aren’t recognising they are enough and perfect as they are. We never know what’s happening in people’s lives, so it’s so important to be calm, loving, and gentle — we are all valuable. How important it is to have community around with integrity, compassion, and a good listening ear. Thanks — really very interesting, appreciate you all. Well done, Alex 😀.

I work with disability teens. I want to learn how to reach and support closed-down kids. The importance of loving yourself and accepting who you are is vital. Self-worth is so important to handling their day. Loved the 5 goals. Thank you, Nicholas — what a fabulous and interesting evening. 🙏❤️❤️❤️

I’m a parent with aspirations to mentor youths. Social media and being unable to entertain themselves without tech are big issues I see. Thanks, Nicholas — got to go. 🙏

I’m a volunteer at OHSC. Disconnection from community and overexposure to technology are major issues for youth. They need emotional and physical play — kids benefit from hands-on connection. That’s why OHSC is so good — kids play like we did decades ago. As a child, I was adopted — beautiful adoptive parents — but I grew up thinking I wasn’t enough.

I’m a recent graduate and volunteer. Working hard at school and homework are real pressures for young people. Low self-esteem and confidence are big challenges. Thank you everyone!!! How could I forget!! 😂

I’m a parent wanting to help my 8-year-old with emotional regulation. Low self-esteem is something I see many kids struggling with. Thank you — love this ❤️. Relaxed.

I’m a parent and personal trainer. Kids need skills to understand what’s going on inside themselves, especially when it’s time to get off devices. Giving them goals is a great idea — they can create their own dopamine reward. Thanks everyone.

I’m an AOD counsellor. I want to give kids information on how to de-stress within minutes. Isolation is a major issue I see in young people. I’m sorry, but I need to leave, Nicholas — thank you.

I joined to support youth through Breathwork and healing. Youth need emotional healing and safe role models. Huge — as we heal ourselves, hopefully it’s contagious. Thanks, beautiful family, for sharing. Thank you.

Being and the Way Home
As we all know, this journey of life and growth is ongoing. It is less about arriving at a final destination and more about deepening into each step, learning to be at home in ourselves as we walk the path.
It is important to pause and acknowledge how far you’ve come. So often, we look ahead and focus on what still isn’t right, what we still haven’t achieved. But the truth is: you have grown, you have learned. Perhaps you’ve discovered how to calm your nervous system. Perhaps you’ve had the courage to step up and lead a group presentation. These are no small things. They are milestones on the way home.
One simple reminder that can help is revisiting inspiring words. Inspiring prose, like Louise Hay’s writings, though you may feel they are “basic,” are deeply positive. Her work can lift your mindset and bring you back to a place of conscious gratitude, where possibility opens again.
But ultimately, the real practice is not in books. The practice is here, now, in the body, in the breath. It is about sitting with discomfort rather than avoiding it, breathing into it rather than reacting to it. It is about allowing whatever arises to come, to move through, until what remains is peace — that quiet, still centre where you are connected to your essence.
This practice is beyond the mind. In fact, the mind can get in the way by constantly trying to “figure it out,” striving, seeking, making it into a problem to solve. The way home is to let all of that go, again and again. Each time, gently return to the breath, to the present moment. In time, you come home — to peace, contentment, and the natural happiness of your heart.
Of course, life will still present challenges. Relationships, in particular, often bring us face to face with our deepest patterns. If things are not harmonious with your partner, it is natural that you won’t feel completely at ease. That’s not a failure — it’s the work of intimacy. When you suppress what you want to say, it doesn’t disappear. It shows up as stress, anxiety, and disconnection. The saying is true: the way out is through.
This means trusting your truth, finding the courage to speak with an open, vulnerable heart, and then staying equally open to hear what’s happening for the other. A simple question to invite this is: “I’d like to hear what’s happening for you?” In that kind of listening, real growth and deeper love become possible.
Nobody said personal growth was supposed to be easy. Sometimes, when it’s hard, we think we’re doing it wrong. But difficulty does not mean failure. Struggle comes when we fight, resist, or make ourselves wrong. The way forward is gentleness — to accept what is, to listen to your heart, and to stay true to yourself with kindness.
So keep going. Keep breathing. Keep trusting. Celebrate the wins, lean into the challenges, and remember to have fun too.
You’re doing better than you think.
And each step, each breath, is the way home.
With love,
Nicholas

" What is Heart Centred Breathwork?" is one of the most common questions I get. So I thought I'd explain...

Heart-Centred Breathwork - Shifting From Head to Heart

Heart-Centred Breathwork brings us out of the head and back into relationship — with ourselves, each other, and life.

When we live in our heads, everything becomes an object to fix, use, or control: the body becomes a machine, people become roles, and the planet becomes a resource.

This head-based separation breeds anxiety, conflict, and exhaustion — the very personal, social, and global crises we are witnessing.

Yet these crises are also birthing pains — calling us to awaken a new, heart-connected humanity.

Quantum Physics...
Even science is pointing us in this direction. Quantum physics has shifted the old classical subject–object paradigm into a new awareness: reality is not a collection of separate parts, but a seamless, interconnected dance of creation unfolding. Heart intelligence is our natural way of perceiving this wholeness — reminding us that life flows through us, not apart from us.

Heart Intellgence...
The heart offers a different operating system: presence instead of projection, connection instead of comparison, courage instead of control.

Heart Centred Breathwork...
Through gentle, conscious, connected breathing, we soften the mind’s grip, feel what is true in the body, and open to the basic goodness that is always here.

From this home base, healing becomes natural, relationships renew, leadership deepens, and work regains meaning.

For transformational practitioners and leaders, this is the “how” behind creating deeper shifts, faster — without burning out.

Key Principles of Heart Centred Breathwork

• Basic goodness & trust in life — your essence is peaceful, loving and happy; life trends toward healing when we allow.

• The healing is in the feeling — emotions integrate when felt; suppression breeds stress and disconnection.

• Effortless flow, gentleness not force — acceptance and relaxed, connected breathing create conditions for change.

• Awakening, not fixing — we’re returning to who we truly are, rather than trying to “repair” ourselves.

• We are creation unfolding — thoughts, emotions and actions shape experience; choose love, gratitude and congruence.

• Heart–mind Coherence — the breath harmonises head and heart, restoring presence, peace and vitality.

Steps to Connect Head to Heart

• Shift from thinking to feeling — pause the analysis; turn attention inward.

• Tune into the body — notice sensations; let the body anchor you in the present.

• Master emotions — name, feel and safely express; practise literacy, connection and empathy.

• Connect with the heart — breathe into the chest; access qualities like peace, love, compassion and gratitude.

• Act from alignment — let heart guidance shape your words, relationships and work (micro, median, macro).

Hello and Welcome!

If you have been looking for a better way of living, if you are ready to feel more alive, and be the best ‘you’, you can be (a great husband, wife, mother, father, leader or perform at your peak), but you feel haunted by your past, heavy hearted, flat, empty, frightened of getting hurt again, disconnected, losing hope, and not sure how long you can keep going like this, then I’m glad you are here…

Breathwork is a drug free, natural way of quickly clearing the emotional blockages that holds you back, slow you down and prevent you from living a fun and enjoyable life.

Do you suffer from anxiety, stress or mild depression?

Have you tried traditional counselling and not got the results you want?
