A little snippet of my story 💋

I was 8 years old when I had my first acupuncture session.

Tiny needles, tiny me and not fully understanding what was happening, but feeling something inside settle… like my body was saying “thank you.”

That moment planted a seed.

Through high school, I was sipping Chinese herbs - quietly curious about the body, emotions, energy. I was fascinated by what made people feel good, and why so many of us didn’t.

I was told a number of times: you’re so happy, why are you so happy all the time? (Which seemed to confuse me)

I grew up catholic, which gave me a spiritual foundation… but I also carried this deep knowing.

I couldn’t explain it at the time but I felt things. Saw things. Just knew things. Turns out, that was my intuition. My sixth sense. And when I listened? I was always bang on.

That curiosity turned into devotion.

I studied Chinese medicine. Became a Reiki healer. A meditation teacher. A hypnobirthing instructor.

I dove into all the places where the body, mind and soul meet because I wanted to understand how to truly help people feel well, safe, and whole again.

Now?

I help women come back to themselves.
To their truth. To their breath. To their bodies.
I help them feel safe in who they are, confident in their gifts, and calm in the chaos.

Whether I’m treating in clinic, holding space online, or mentoring in business, it all leads back to alignment, embodiment, and expansion.

And when I’m not doing that?

You’ll find me outside walking my fur baby Bruce 🐾
Trying a new cafe
Travelling the world
Dancing with glow in the dark paint

Always evolving
Always listening

This isn’t just what I do, it’s who I am.

As someone who has always been obsessed with the laws of the universe, the “woo woo”, quantum physics, Qi, prana and all things energy.

A lot of it comes down to staying in motion.

When you’re moving things happen. FULL STOP. It’s that easy.

Don’t overcomplicate it, don’t fret when you feel like you’re not wanting to tackle something big today. Do the small thing, get the energy out of stagnancy and into motion.

You’ll probably find you can tackle a few more things since you’ve sparked your energy with that one small thing.

Momentum is everything, and all you need to do is move - big or small, just move. You can do this without burning out, that’s for another discussion later 😘 for now make a move!

You didn’t start your business to work 24/7… but somehow, here you are 🤯

It was a no brainer for me.

Connection, community and health is what I love.

Somehow, I’ve ended up surrounded by the most passionate, powerhouse women—each of them the best of the best in their craft. They lead with love, lift each other up, and turn what could just be “work” into something that feels like home 🫶

Every day I walk into this space, my cup is overflowing. It’s a community. A second family. A place birthed out of passion but sustained by the hearts that show up and pour into it—every. single. day.

Welcome to my page beautiful soul, with a few new faces here, I thought I’d reintroduce myself and connect with you here 💫

I’m Casey! I’m an entrepreneur, creator of high-vibe products, multi-faceted healer, business mentor, wife, and fur mama to a little fluff ball named Bruce! 🐾

From a young age, I knew I was meant to help people. As a kid, I was always the one offering a shoulder to cry on, even to strangers. I seemed to attract those who needed to feel heard.

At just 10 years old, I felt a calling towards Chinese medicine by experiencing it first hand, which later became my career path right after school, I just knew it was meant for me.

During studies, I knew I wanted to create something of my own—a haven where people would feel safe, supported, and deeply relaxed. I knew that no space quite embodied the vision I had, so in 2016, I founded Meraki. Then, in 2021, it evolved into Meraki Holistic Health, a brick and mortar biz, complete with an incredible rockstar team that helps bring this dream to life.

I’m living my dream—helping others become their best selves, while being surrounded by amazing people every day, I’m so incredibly lucky!

But beyond my soul work, I’ve also expanded to support others in building their dream lives through multiple streams of income. My mission is to help people thrive without the burden of financial stress, and being able to do this through health and wellness has been the cherry on top of my dream life.

Don’t be afraid to ❌ FAIL ❌

100% everyone has fears of this and so do you.

Our brains naturally will do anything it can to send signals to our body to ensure it’s safety. We have a whole system in our body just to keep us safe. When we feel like we are about to take a risk, take a chance or even just decide on something different.

It’s unknown to our body.

When the unknown comes along our brain censors it as a threat to our system. Compound this with those who already have disregulated nervous systems and this is where people get stuck, procrastinate and never actually end up doing anything because the fear of failure starts to be all consuming.

I’m only telling you this because it’s an automated response at the very basic level of how our body can operate and how easily it can feel to get stuck in this pattern.

BUT you can decide to take control, you do have the power to tell your brain to do so.

It’s your time to decide to take the next step, to try something new, to get out of your comfort zone, to start the business you always wanted to do.

So will you let the fear of failing take over before you even start?
