We’re thrilled to introduce Himani Saluja, a highly skilled and deeply dedicated administrative professional, now leading our practice team.

With a background in IT, health administration, and customer service, Himani brings a unique blend of technical expertise and people-first leadership. Her journey has taken her from software engineering in India to customer service management in New Zealand to healthcare operations across major clinics and now to Wellness Medicine.

Since joining us in early 2024, Himani has already helped drive significant growth, including welcoming two new GPs and refining the patient experience at every touchpoint.

It's New Year, and everyone is undoubtedly pre-occupied with making resolutions for 2023.

However, it's common for most people to drop their resolutions before the start of February 🙄

To give yourself the best shot at success, we recommend setting up easy and doable resolutions.

Here are some ideas:

• Cut back on sweetened beverages
• Cut back with the aim of giving up smoking
• Commit to having walks every day
• Eat more vegetables and fruits

Christmas is approaching, and although it is the most exciting time of the year, it can also be quite overwhelming – making it easy to forget about staying on top of our health.

Here are some tips to remain healthy during the holiday season!

• Moderation is the key!
• Eat and drink within reason, so you can enjoy Christmas Day to the fullest.
• Don't be sedentary during the holidays. Have quick walks, or participate in activities with friends and family!
• Don't forget to look after your mental health by spending time with the people that matter.
• Don't ditch your veggies and fruits.
