A qualified Remedial Massage Therapist since 2007, Leah has gone on to complete an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy, and Certificates III & IV in Fitness in 2012. Myotherapy/Remedial Massage
She has extensive experience dealing with a variety of conditions, such as general and sports injuries, stress, pain management and rehab. Her experience with athletes spans various sports- working with a local football club (AFL), as well as elite athletes from other sports, cycling, triathlon, skiing, basketball. Specialising in trigger-point therapy, deep-tissue massage, dry needling, cupping, exercise rehabilitation, passive and active muscle stretching and myofascial release, Leah believes in treating the individual with a holistic approach to health management. Her previous experience working in the finance sector has given her a unique level of understanding of the stress, aches and pains that can occur as a result of the pressures of working in the corporate world. Leah’s ability to empathise with and motivate clients is one of her biggest assets. She works hard to help her clients achieve their goals and likes to keep them on their toes. She believes that exercise, diet & recovery are the key to a healthy lifestyle. Participating in a variety of sports at a high level from a young age; as an athlete, coach and trainer, has given Leah a strong foundation for her business. She believes that the two professions can work perfectly hand in hand. Leah is a passionate cyclist, riding competitively and recreationally, and she also attends daily gym sessions.

Leah is an avid cyclist, myotherapist, personal trainer, cycling coach and strength and conditioning coach. Over the last 12 years she has worked in clinics and run her own business, as well as being a therapist for several elite sports teams including AFL, NRL,
A-League, Super 15’s, Netball, Cycling and Basketball, nationally and internationally.
Most recently Leah worked as a soigneur for the ALE Women’s Bay Crits team and NZ Cycling for Cadel’s Road Race and the Herald-Sun Tour, as well as coaching with the Hawthorn Cycling Club junior program.
Sport is Leah’s passion; she grew up playing and coaching basketball at an elite level, before moving into cycling where she had some success on the track and has now shifted to road and a more relaxed view of cycling.
