I have a history of 15 years nursing before completing my Health Science Degree in Naturopathy. I have a passion for helping people achieve their ultimate health potential and work with my clients toward this goal. My Nursing background has given me the added experience required to work along side the medical profession when necessary. I am a mother of 4 children myself hence my dedication in particular to women and children. When you visit my clinic the most important tool I use to help you find your perfect health is to listen to you. We will work on a concise history because everybody has an individual and unique story. Your story is our way to find the cause to the situation you now find yourself in. After your initial consultation I will provide individually designed Nutritional Fact Sheets according to your needs as evaluated from your history. These nutritional and life-style changes that I recommend will once again help you achieve your personal health goals. One of my favourite tools is Iridology. I also practice Iridology at local markets to allow people to get an insight into what I do and to begin to understand their bodies. Hormonal imbalances, peri-menopausal and menopausal symptoms, PMT and Fertility issues are just some of the health conditions that I treat on a regular basis. I see people for anxiety issues as well as these are often associated with hormonal imbalances. I also offer True-Self Weight Management to allow you to achieve a healthy weight and a healthy body. At my clinic I offer:
-A concise history on your health and life-style
-Iridology
- Blood Pressure reading.
-Tongue analysis.
-Nail analysis. I am a herbal medicine practitioner, I also work with Practitioner only supplements of the highest quality. I am a qualified flower essence practitioner and I work with Australian Bush Flower Essences. I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist and this assists with general health outcomes of many conditions. 🌸 Paeonia lactiflora Common name: Peony.

Used so often in my practice for women’s health. It’s as beautiful a herbal as it is a bloom. I most often pair it with other synergistic herbs for gynaecological conditions such as:

• PMS
• PCOS
• Painful periods
• Infertility
• Endometriosis
• Adenomyosis
• Uterine fibroids

It’s also a beautiful herbal for supporting postmenopausal women experiencing androgen excess, which can lead to symptoms like alopecia. As a garden flower, it’s delicate and striking and I believe it offers the same gentle strength in herbal medicine.

Your immune system is meant to protect you, but in autoimmune conditions, it mistakenly attacks your own healthy tissues. This can affect your joints, thyroid, gut, skin, energy and more.

How does stress show up in your body? It might be in your gut. Your skin. Your sleep. Your cycle. Your mood. Your ability to just breathe 🧘🏻‍♀️.

I want you to take a quiet moment and check in with yourself. Because stress rarely just “sits in your mind”, it moves into your body. It’s different for everyone, but it’s often the missing piece behind so many symptoms I see in clinic.

Now, I can’t take the stress away, but I can support how your body responds to it.

One of the beautiful herbs I use is withania (also called ashwagandha), an adaptogen that helps regulate your body’s stress response. It gently supports your nervous system and brings your baseline back down, helping you feel more grounded, calm, and steady.

If you’ve ever asked your doctor for a thyroid test and walked away with more confusion than clarity, you’re not alone.

Most standard tests only check TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone). But TSH alone isn’t a reliable indicator of what your thyroid is actually doing. If you're exhausted, gaining weight, anxious or wired, your thyroid might be struggling — even if your blood work says you're “fine.” What we really need is a full thyroid panel.

How do I know? I’ve been there.

A major life stress knocked me sideways and it took time, testing, and the right support to understand what was happening in my body. Once I pieced it together, I was able to reverse the pattern and feel like myself again. Sometimes medication is needed. Sometimes it’s not. The key is getting the full picture and meeting you where you are.

I always start by asking: ”When are you feeling bloated?” If it’s after meals, there might be foods your gut can’t process well. If it’s later in the day, your gastric acid might be too low and we may need to support your digestion in the evening.

Every body is different, and every gut story is unique. That’s why we look at your whole picture and work with what your body needs. Yes, bloating is uncomfortable (and frustrating!), but with the right support, it’s something we can absolutely work on.
