NOW HIRING – Pharmacy Assistant (All-Rounder)

We are looking for a friendly, reliable Pharmacy Assistant All-Rounder to join Clifton Pharmacy & Gift Gallery, a small country pharmacy proudly servicing our local community. This is a casual position offering flexible hours of 15–20 hours per week, with the opportunity to pick up additional hours through holiday cover over the next few months.

Supporting our local community is at the heart of what we do, and we pride ourselves on providing genuine, personalized service. We are looking for someone who is down-to-earth, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile to help and support our customers.

About the Role:
This is a varied, hands-on role within a busy community pharmacy.
Duties may include:
Friendly, personalized customer service and point-of-sale assistance
Stock handling, merchandising and maintaining store presentation
General pharmacy support and housekeeping
Assisting the pharmacy team with day-to-day operations

About You:
Down-to-earth, friendly and customer-focused
Enjoys building relationships with regular local customers
Willing to go the extra mile to support the Clifton Community Health Services
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible availability, including holiday cover
Pharmacy experience preferred but not essential
Willingness to complete S2/S3 Pharmacy Assistant training if required

What We Offer:
Flexible casual hours 15–20 hours per week
Opportunity for additional hours during holiday periods over the next 3 months
A role well suited to university students or those seeking a second job
Supportive, friendly team environment in a country pharmacy
Ongoing training and development within community pharmacy

From 1 January 2026, Australians will save on their PBS medicines with the cost of medicine for those without a concession card reducing from a maximum of $31.60 to $25, while those with a concession card will remain at $7.70 with no increase.
