Join us for a deeply restorative evening of Sound Healing with Ana Wahab.

🌿 We will begin with a gentle, guided breathwork practice to help you arrive fully, settle the mind, and attune to the body—creating the ideal foundation for deep rest.

🎶 From there, you will be immersed in a soothing sound bath experience designed to support relaxation and restore balance within the nervous system. Through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, you will be guided into a state of stillness and inner calm.

Allow the sound frequencies to move through the body, quiet the mind, and create space for rest, reset, and renewal.

✨ Suitable for all—no prior experience required
✨ A peaceful space to unwind, recalibrate, and reconnect

• Water bottle
• Eye pillow (optional)

Provided: yoga mat, bolster, blanket, and blocks

• Cancellations between 24–48 hours before the event receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable, though your spot may be transferred to a friend

In Yin Yoga, long holds allow us to reach the deeper layers of our connective tissues — but comfort is key. When the body feels supported, the mind can soften, and we can truly rest in stillness.

These variations make the posture accessible for every body, inviting ease, release, and presence. 🕊️

Learning to play the accordion is testing all my yogic principles 😅

Concentration (dharana), patience, consistency, and presence — all the things I try to cultivate on the mat.

Some days it flows… and some days it sounds nothing like Ode to Joy! 😜

But yoga reminds me: it’s not about perfection.
It’s about showing up with kindness, curiosity, and love for the process — no matter how many “wrong notes” come out.

💛 I’m learning to be patient with myself, breathe through frustration, and celebrate every little step (and sound).
