Flu vaccines for those 65+ years are now available at Fulham GP. Please book into a "Flu Vaccine" clinic either online or by phoning 9277 8688 to minimise your appointment waiting time.
This year the WA Government is once again providing free Flu vaccines for those younger than 65 years during May and June. Please book your appointment for a free vaccine from 1 May.
Children between 2 to 11 years will be eligible for the free Influenza Nasal Spray called FluMist from May.

Fulham GP would like to welcome Dr Des Taverner who will soon commence consultations on Saturdays. Dr Taverner has extensive experience in all aspects of general practice and has recently relocated from Broome. She has a special interest in mental health, antenatal care (up to 20 weeks), family planning, contraception (including IUCD insertions and implants), and procedures including iron infusions and venesections. Dr Taverner will commence Saturday sessions from 2 May. We extend a very warm welcome to Dr Des Taverner!

While the government is introducing some changes to the Medicare rebates from 1 November the gap fee (your out-of-pocket expense) will remain unchanged to ensure there is no change to the level of care and service you know and expect from the team at Fulham GP. We would like to extend our warmest congratulations to Dr Emma Sweetman who has been granted Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. This is an amazing achievement! Well done Dr Sweetman.

Flu Vaccination Clinic bookings now open for April - June 2025.

Influenza vaccines will be free only in May and June for persons aged 12 to 64 who are not otherwise eligible for a free influenza vaccine through other programs. Charges apply in April for those not otherwise eligible for a free vaccine.

Clinics available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursday evenings and Saturdays.

Appointments can be by phoning the practice or Online.
If booking Online, select "All Services", then select the appropriate "Flu Vaccine" appointment type.

If you require a longer appointment to address other issues please ring reception to make your appointments.

Free flu vaccinations will be available to all Western Australians over six months of age throughout May and June.
