A space for learning, expansion and healing — where like-minded people come together, drop into presence, and remember what matters. Big love and gratitude for all of your birthday messages — and to everyone who joined me at Soul Barn (and the Clunes Pool!) on Friday to celebrate. 💛

The Soul Barn Summer Series has now wrapped up, and my heart is full. Over 9 days of wellness classes and events, it was so special to witness people trying something new, committing to self-care, and stepping into 2026 feeling more grounded, present and relaxed.

Thank you to our local Clunes community and everyone who travelled to be part of it.

Special thanks to my beautiful team and facilitators: Kathy, Sues, Maree, Ulrike and Christian.
