Even with 100+ 5-star reviews, I wasn’t satisfied…

My prenatal mamas wanted more - more sessions during the week, more support, more accountability so they could really feel the difference in pregnancy, birth, and recovery. So I took what I’ve learned from my own births, years of teaching and listening to your feedback, and created something new.

✨ Mother’z Yoga & Birth — a 10-week, yoga-led program designed so you meet birth with confidence, calm and presence.

Over 10 weeks you’ll:
🌿 Build strength and confidence in your body through yoga(aches & pain friendly)
🌿 Follow a simple week-by-week plan that keeps you consistent & accountable
🌿 Learn tools you can use in labour, birth, and recovery
🌿 Connect with other pregnant mamas — because this doesn’t have to be lonely

The last three months of my postpartum practice have been real and imperfect 🤷‍♀️
Some days I only had 5/10 minutes. Some days I was too tired 😌 Some days… I didn’t even want to do….some days I did it with breaks(newborn routine)

But I showed up anyway.
And slowly, I have felt the difference - lesser aches and pains, better strength/ recovery plus feeling good mentally 🙌

That’s why I’m excited to invite you back to the mat with me, our live online session returns this Saturday, 16 Nov 🎉
Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, or simply ready to reconnect with yourself join me online to rebuild your strength and rise together.

🗓️ Rebuild & Rise – 16 Nov, 8am AEDT

Part 3 of my homebirth story
Just when things felt most intense… Amanda(our midwife) walked in.
Minutes later, I was in the warm pool, and everything softened.
Read the slides above to see how our baby arrived💫

This birth taught me so much:
1️⃣ Preparation matters. Breath, sound, movement(thanks to my prenatal yoga practice throughout), TENS, and a confident support person change everything.
2️⃣ Familiarity breeds calm. Practise your tools before labour so nothing feels new on the day.
3️⃣ Your environment shapes your birth. Protect your senses from stress or overstimulation — your body knows what to do when it feels safe.
4️⃣ Labour can change fast and throw some surprises at you: Stay ready; each birth has its own rhythm.
5️⃣ Continuity of care is gold. Having a trusted midwife support you throughout makes a huge difference.

Birth Story Part 2 🚑 😮 ⚡️

My midwife, Amanda, was still 40 minutes away. Everything was unfolding faster than we imagined, my body had completely taken over. 🏃‍♀️
I’d moved from gentle waves to powerful surges… to pushing, all within minutes.

Then the 🚑 paramedics walked in and our birth space looked nothing like we’d planned 😮
We had talked about this exact situation, but I’d never really hoped for it.

With this unexpected turn, what was my response?
Did Amanda make it in time before the baby arrived? 💬 ✨ Part 3 of my birth story drops next.

My Birth Story Part 1: Through the day, they grew stronger, and by evening… everything shifted.

Two hospital births taught me a lot… but this time, I wanted to birth on my own terms, to trust my body, and let it lead the way.

This is how my homebirth showed me what’s possible when you feel calm, prepared, and fully connected within.

Part 2 in the next post when an UNEXPECTED company arrived. Comment ❤️ to get the link to the full story.

🙋‍♀️Tell me I’m not the only one feeling this 👇

Even weeks/months after birth, doing belly-down poses like 🐍/sphinx can feel 😕
It could be the healing(especially if you had a belly birth), core changes, or the fact that your belly hasn’t touched the floor in months.
Mamas, how did you go with poses on your belly postnatally?

If I was running on little sleep (hello 👶), and only had 30 minutes to myself, here’s how I’d spend it:

👉 10 minutes of Yoga – to release tension from my body, calm my mind, and recharge my energy so I can cope with the day ahead.

👉 5 minutes of fresh air and sunshine– that little dose of vitamin D for mood and energy boost.

👉 15 minutes of nap/rest – to feel recharged and more present.

That’s my 30-minute formula when I’m sleep-deprived.

What about you, mama? If you had just 30 minutes, how would you choose to spend. Comment below 👇
