Something I’m often asked is…

“Where do I pick up energy from?”

Truthfully, energy exchange happens everywhere. But there are certain places where I will always cleanse my aura and reset my field afterwards.

For me, the main ones are:

✨ Hospitals & medical centres
Places where people are experiencing pain, stress, grief and uncertainty. The emotional energy can be very heavy.

✨ Shopping centres & busy public spaces
Hundreds or thousands of people moving through with different emotions, thoughts and stress levels. Our energy fields naturally brush against each other.

✨ Schools & childcare centres
Children process a lot throughout their day, and environments can hold emotional residue from many little nervous systems learning and growing.

✨ Large gatherings or events
Markets, concerts, big community events — lots of different energies interacting at once.

✨ After intense emotional conversations
Even beautiful heart-to-heart conversations can shift your energy field.

But here’s the key…

Cleansing your energy is not about fear of other people’s energy.
It’s about energetic self-care and awareness.

Just like washing your hands after being out in the world, we can gently reset our field so we come home to ourselves again.

Emotions Metaphysical Kinesiology Balance
