Yoga has taken me to many places over the years that I've been practicing, the place I love the most is the forest.

I'm inviting you to join me to share with you my journey of life, where I've been and where it's taking me too.

In under two weeks I'm heading to Hawaii, LA, California, Santa Cruz, Portland Oregon, Vancouver Island, Nashville Tennessee.

Have Mat, will travel light.

I've been writing a children's books and memoirs to be published.

It's becoming a very interesting journey, a deeper connection with the black mirror box devices, you know the magic wands.

Anyways I look forward to spending some time with you in the forest.

I plan to offer live yoga teachings on Patreon, once a week to begin with and more often when people request it.

This class is designed as a soft landing place—for your body, your breath, and your nervous system. In the serene atmosphere of The Hemple, you’ll be guided through supported Iyengar postures that invite release rather than effort, allowing your whole system to unwind at a natural pace.

The session is held within the 16-Unit Energy Enhancement System (EESystem), creating an environment that many experience as deeply calming and replenishing. This field supports the body’s own restorative processes while the yoga practice offers structure, safety, and gentle opening.

Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, time to reset, or a nourishing pause in your week, this class offers a quiet space to reconnect with yourself.

What to expect:
• Slow, supported Iyengar postures
• Long, restful holds
• An unhurried environment that supports nervous-system regulation
• Time to breathe, soften, and reconnect
• A peaceful session supported by the EESystem field
