I’m Kirah - remedial massage therapist and owner of Sunday Ridge Remedial, still from my home clinic in Simpson & now Kinfolk Chiropractic in Colac!

A few random things about me:
✨I’m officially retired from the dairy - as much as I love my cows my shoulders do not 🫣
✨ I’m a new mum navigating the juggle - my beautiful baby girl Lexie is 5 months old!
✨ I’m forever studying to keep my skills sharp — I love learning new ways to help you feel your best. I’m currently studying new techniques to treat Scars!
✨ Still hopelessly addicted to Milo 🥲
✨ My coffee order is either a Long Black or a Mocha - there is no in between ☕️
✨ My fur family includes Max the cat and Frank the very needy GSP, and my two cows Lottie & Baby 🐾

🤍 I feel so grateful to do the work I do. Helping someone find relief from pain, or simply giving them a moment to themselves to relax, is what makes this career so rewarding.
