To help protect my time and keep appointment availability fair for everyone, I’ll be enforcing my cancellation policy for all bookings moving forward.
All appointments will now require a card on file to confirm your booking. Don’t worry - your card will only be used for late cancellations or no-shows, and is securely stored through Fresha using encrypted, industry‑standard protection.
I completely understand that unexpected things can come up, and I’ll always be understanding where genuine emergencies are involved. This policy helps me continue showing up consistently and offering appointments to those who need them.
You can now manage, change, or cancel your appointment online up to the time of your appointment. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of your appointment, Fresha will prompt the applicable fee automatically.
