Footy Day at Cobram Regional Care today included a handball competition, an array of footy outfits, club songs ,footy bingo and a very special premiership cup visit. It was a fabulous day especially when the Cobram Football Club brought the Premiership Cup in so that residents, staff, especially the former Cobram players & supporters, could get in on the celebrations. Thanks to the local footy clubs for making it a great day

Another fabulous Friday afternoon at Happy Hour with the Ukaladies entertaining us with their unique style of music, dancing and antics. Plenty of toe tapping, clapping, singing and smiles by the residents all enjoying it immensly. We have a great array of entertainers with singing , dancing and even poetry skills but are always looking to add more for variety. Please call CRC on 58719100 and speak to the Lifestyle team so you can light up the faces of the residents in our care.

🚶‍♂️🌞 Friday Morning Walking Group 🌞🚶‍♀️

Every Friday morning, our residents lace up their shoes and head out together for a refreshing walk around the grounds at Cobram Regional Care.

It’s more than just exercise, it’s fresh air, good conversation, and plenty of smiles along the way. 🥰

A wonderful way to start the day, keep active, and enjoy the company of friends. 💙

🖤💛❤️ Celebrating NAIDOC Week with Uncle Dozer’s Yarn ❤️💛🖤
As part of our NAIDOC Week celebrations, residents from Cobram Regional Care had the pleasure of attending Uncle Dozer’s Yarn at the Barooga Sporties. It was a meaningful afternoon filled with powerful storytelling, cultural reflection, and shared history.
Listening to Uncle Dozer speak about his life growing up on Cummeragunja Mission touched many hearts and brought back memories for some of our residents.
Resident Bill Sutton said it best“Yarning like this keeps our stories going. And stories are how we remember who we are.”
A huge thank you to Sporties Barooga for hosting this wonderful event, and Uncle Dozer for sharing his time and knowledge with us — a true celebration of strength, culture, and community.

This week, we said a heartfelt farewell to the wonderful Di Lindhe, who retired after an incredible 23 years of dedicated service at Cobram Regional Care.

Di has been a much loved and highly respected member of our team, known for her warmth, compassion, and unwavering commitment. Her contributions over the years have made a lasting impact, and she will be dearly missed by all.

Thank you, Di, for everything you have given. We wish you the very best in retirement, may this next chapter be full of happiness, relaxation, and all the things you love most! 💐💛
