We have great team members at Cobram Regional Care. A big melting pot of personalties and skills. We are super proud of them all. Cobram Courier journalist Barb Love recently met with one of our β€œlegends”. We’ve always known Windy was fabulous, now you know too.

Things got wild and wonderful today as residents and staff let their creativity shine for Crazy Hair Day! From colourful wigs to gravity-defying styles, we saw it all β€” and there was no shortage of laughter and smiles.

It was a fabulous day filled with fun, flair, and a splash of chaos β€” just the way we like it! πŸ’œ

πŸ–€πŸ’›β€οΈ Celebrating NAIDOC Week with Uncle Dozer’s Yarn β€οΈπŸ’›πŸ–€
As part of our NAIDOC Week celebrations, residents from Cobram Regional Care had the pleasure of attending Uncle Dozer’s Yarn at the Barooga Sporties. It was a meaningful afternoon filled with powerful storytelling, cultural reflection, and shared history.
Listening to Uncle Dozer speak about his life growing up on Cummeragunja Mission touched many hearts and brought back memories for some of our residents.
Resident Bill Sutton said it bestβ€œYarning like this keeps our stories going. And stories are how we remember who we are.”
A huge thank you to Sporties Barooga for hosting this wonderful event, and Uncle Dozer for sharing his time and knowledge with us β€” a true celebration of strength, culture, and community.

This week, we said a heartfelt farewell to the wonderful Di Lindhe, who retired after an incredible 23 years of dedicated service at Cobram Regional Care.

Di has been a much loved and highly respected member of our team, known for her warmth, compassion, and unwavering commitment. Her contributions over the years have made a lasting impact, and she will be dearly missed by all.

Thank you, Di, for everything you have given. We wish you the very best in retirement, may this next chapter be full of happiness, relaxation, and all the things you love most! πŸ’πŸ’›

It was a beautiful morning in a room packed full of the local community with residents, staff, and friends raising over $500 for the Cobram Regional Care Biggest Morning Tea. Guest Speakers Rachel and Erin inspired the audience with their stories. Mantos Produce supplied a fabulous vegetable hamper to raffle, and games like Bra Pong, Joker Poker and a Minties guessing jar keeping the tea totallers' entertained. A big thank you to all involved and if you would like to chip in you can still scan our QR code to donate to this fundraiser that is close in the hearts of all at Cobram Regional Care
