We are looking for a Part-Time Administration Assistant to join our team!

About the Role:
✅ Workdays: Thursday, Friday + one additional weekday
✅ Experience in an administration role required
✅ Start date: Beginning of March
✅ Applications close: 21st February (successful candidates will be contacted)

Duties Include:
✔️ Greeting and assisting patients on arrival
✔️ Managing incoming and outgoing patient records
✔️ Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic diary
✔️ Patient billing, including private health, Medicare & compensation claims
✔️ Providing administrative support to practitioners
