These rituals have been like quiet anchors for me.

They’ve helped me through moments where I felt lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected not by fixing anything, but by gently bringing me back to myself. Back to presence. Back to something real.

I’m not someone who needs things to be perfect or elaborate… just meaningful. And these practices have become part of my rhythm, my healing and my growth.
