                                            Have your say on reforms to the Disability Discrimination Act. 
The Australian Government has released an Issues Paper to seek views on reforms to the Disability Discrimination Act 1992, as well as other opportunities to clarify and strengthen protections for people with disability.
Consultation is open until 24 October 2025.

The Attorney-General’s Department is reviewing the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth).
