The Government funding for chronic disease management has decreased as of July 1 2025. Harding Street Medical Centre remains comitted to providing you with comprehensive multidisciplinary care. Our processes may change as we adjust to the new Medicare requirements and this may involve more regular reviews with your GP. Rest assured your care is still top priority.
