Coburg Chinese medicine is open for urgent and acute care. Your practitioner has received two Pfizer vaccinations and covid safe protocols are in place. Appointments can be made online or by calling the clinic.

Due to the recent lockdown announcement Coburg Chinese medicine will be closed until allied health is able to see clients for essential care. Hopefully this will only be 2 weeks. In the meantime keep safe and be kind to yourself.

Spring is here and along with that Victoria will be taking a step towards Covid normal on Monday. The clinic will be reopening on Monday and online bookings will be reinstated.

From Monday the 28th September we be reopening again for face to face acupuncture appointments. There will still be some DHHS restrictions upon the type of patients we can see but in general much more patients will be able to seek the care and support they need.

The new rules for patients to be able to receive treatment is as follows:

* Without treatment there may be an increase of pain

* Without treatment there may be an increase of recovery time

* Without treatment there may be an increase in the frequency of treatment at a future date

* Without treatment there may be escalation of care such as a from a specialist

We understand that this may be confusing for some, as much of these last 6 months have been. If in doubt, call the clinic on 9041 6569

We are closed for the remainder of Stage 4 restrictions.

Due to the current restrictions put in place by the DHHS, we have found ourselves in the uncomfortable position of being required to reject clients in pain and discomfort. As a result we have chosen to not take any further clients for appointments until these restrictions and obligations are lifted. Hopefully this will be September 13th.

The clinic is committed to flattening the curve and reducing community transmission.

We are open for business during the covid19 Melbourne lockdown. Under stage 3 restrictions Chinese medicine is considered a essential health service.

A few changes though.

* You will be provided a mask on entry if you do not have your own
* You will be asked to sanitise your hands upon entry
