☕️ This client will openly admit she’s not a morning person…but she still rocked up to our early prenatal session with enthusiasm because it’s the last time we will see each other before her labour begins!

☕️ So I did my part and arrived with two coffees, fresh morning-person energy (cause I love mornings), and enough cheerfulness for the both of us.

Because if she’s bringing the bump, I’m bringing the caffeine and the vibes ☕️✨

🏥 Hospital birth can absolutely be beautiful when you understand the system you’re walking into.

💪🏽 Your birth matters. Your choices matter and you deserve more than being treated like a compliant patient (remembering you are not sick). You deserve to feel informed, supported, powerful and treated like the unique individual you are.

🔥 November’s theme will be: How to use a peanut ball effectively during labour.

We’ll combine:

🫶🏽 Guided relaxation
🫶🏽 Birth education
